Icons and Snapping

The latest update to Campaign Manager has 2 significant improvements, both UI related:
The first change is purely visual, icons have been added to all main menu items to give it more of a polished look.
The second change is functional - when dragging encounters/regions or resizing regions, they will now snap to nearby encounters/regions to keep everything aligned.
